The original design wisely specifies a pair of LM12UU bearings on each Z-axis rod, which is perfectly acceptable for the single-z-axis version. Nonetheless, if these bearings are not precisely aligned they will stick severely. This revised Z-bearing holder is an edit of the original. There's one version designed specifically for the longer 12mm bearing (LM12LUU), and another for the shorter LM12UU bearing. A dual z-axis bed does not need two bearings on the same rod since it is also supported from the other side as well.
