Here are the details about this human-designed diode bender: It's designed to bend diodes with bodies that are roughly 3.5mm long and 2mm in diameter, along with leg lengths up to 28mm long. The base on this design can accommodate 25 diodes and 3 different bending lengths, which are spaced 5mm apart. Some sanding was needed from my printed model due to how tight the tolerances I set for it. Your results may vary depending on your printing speeds, material used, ooze, etc.
