Square 100x100x20mm with 2mm sides is perfect for a simple bed leveling test. Some benefits and drawbacks: Benefits include minimal printing time and plastic consumption, as well as the ability to check leveling of all four bed corners. Drawbacks include uncertainty about the middle point of the bed being okay. Please note that layer height may be too low for your slicer software; simply scale the Z size to 200% in this case.
