Single Guitar Pedal Board Battery Powered
thingiverse
This is a custom pedal board/stand designed specifically for my Digitech 12 String effects pedal. I required a way to transport this single pedal with me, ensuring it remains powered by batteries. Since the pedal demands 300mah of power, a standard 9 volt battery won't suffice. To resolve this issue, I utilized the popular 8 AA battery holder BH383 available on Amazon and eBay. Additionally, you will need a 9volt to pedal plug adapter. Lastly, four #4 wood screws with a length of 0.5in are required for assembly. You may notice the gold printed piece appears redundant, but it serves an essential purpose. The weakness in my battery holder causes the batteries to protrude upwards, and I desired a secure retention mechanism without relying on screws or latches. The gold battery tray effectively grips the door and battery layers, ensuring a snug fit. Feel free to print this design or download the attached SolidWorks files for further customization!
