<p>The door handles are one of the main problems with the viruses spreading, since we have to use them all the time, in the office or in the house. The ball handles are the worst since we have to use almost all the hand.</p> <p>Most of the designs you can download are for the lever handle type (the easy ones) but until now this is the only design thinking in the ball handle.</p> <p>This PROTOTYPE allows you to use only one finger, this way you can reduce the exposition of your bare hand. Also the design allows to replace the touching area for a good cleaning and disposal.</p> <p>You only need 4 3mm nuts and bolts, I used these bolts in the design because almost all the printers use this type of bolts, I'm no sure but you may find some of these in the Prusa or other printer spare parts.</p> <p>Please keep yourself safe and clean your hands regularly.</p> <p>Its quite a simple design, but I haven´t printed it yet, since the only printer I can use is in my office, if you print it, please share your experience and pictures, and I will improve the design if needed. I can also share the SolidWorks files. NOTE: my friend printed it and sendme the images</p> <p>If you need a different size, please let me know and I will add the files.</p> <p>If you don't have the proper bolts let me known and I will add the holes for the bolts you have, please don't expose yourself going to the hardware store.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Nothing fancy, print it with support on the build plate at 0.28mm layer and 20% infill. Use 3mm bolts and nuts.</p> <p>Fort he replaceable part you can use a different color, a glow in the dark filament is preferable.</p>
