This thing is a mount for the Tunell Filament Monitor and Extruder for a delta 2020 printer using a Bowden tube extruder. The Tunell Filament monitor is available at http://www.toybuilderlabs.com, which pauses the print when the filament runs out or becomes tangled/jammed. Just the monitor bracket itself is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:345216, where slots provide some adjustability and aid in aligning the filament monitor and the extruder. This thing works perfectly with my filament spool holder http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1295883. Print Settings: Printer: Kossel delta 2020 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .3mm Infill: 30% Post-Printing Assembly: Attach the monitor to the monitor bracket using M3 x 10mm screws. Attach the extruder support and extruder mount to the extruder bracket using M3 x 20mm screws and M3 nuts, which provides side to side adjustment. Attach the monitor bracket to the extruder bracket using M3 x 20mm screws and M3 Nylock nuts, which allows for front to back adjustment. Attach the extruder to the extruder mount using extended M3 x 45mm screws for the extruder. Fine tune the alignment between the filament monitor and the extruder using the slots in the brackets. Attach the extruder bracket to the 2020 frame using M3 x 14mm screws and M3 T-nuts. Route the cable from the monitor to the board, which I used the groove in the 2020 to the outside of the printer and routed the limit switch and extruder motor cables.
