Single Fan Twin Duct Mod for Ender 3 V2

Edit 23/06/2021: Balanced and smoothed airflow. Using a 12 v blower fan with hydraulic bearings instead of a 24v will give 200% increase in airflow. At your own risk. Added half-tube (separate option to glue in place) Slightly improved BLTouch mount. Edit 04/21: Have made some more changes to improve printability. Added holes to right side instead of square slats that would break off. Added 2 holes to the left side to be used for zip tying the fan wiring. Added a cutout on the top face to give more space for cables. Added an optional printable peak. Edit. Added a separate BLTouch mount file. This is a remix of a great compact design and should make the mod usable by non BLTouch users. There is more than enough room to put your own sensor bracket in there as I have. I've also made some changes, tightening up the tolerance for the blower fan slot so it's snug adding a reinforcing spar and moving the whole fan duct lower section forward 3mm to clear the silicone sock. It uses a 5015 blower fan and I elected to use the stock 4010 heatsink fan and it is more than adequate for the job. I have also added a shroud clamp similar to the way the stock shroud grips the plate as a separate entity that can simply be superglued into place. This was to allow the shroud to be printed on its rear face with no supports. Add your preferred fan cover and enjoy!
