Single E3D hot end holder for Geeetech Pro printer

I designed this E3D hotend holder specifically for my Geeetech Pro printer. My design requirements were: 1. The holder must keep the E3D rigidly in place. 2. It needs to have an integrated cooling fan for the hot end. 3. An integrated part cooling fan is also a must-have feature. I'm using a CPAP hose to supply the part cooling nozzle, and I've designed this so you can create your own adapter - it's a separate item that gets glued in place. You could probably attach a blower directly to it, but that would add unnecessary weight! The flange with a hole allows for easy mounting of a ten-pin aviation connector, making head swapping a breeze. I use a standard extruder for flexible filament prints. Print Settings: Printer: Geeetech Pro Resolution: .3 Infill: 30% Notes: The included snap-off anti-warp pads work well for me. Post-Printing: Clean up the part with a knife to remove any excess material. Sand the interior of the E3D mounting hole until you get a smooth fit. You'll need M3 and M4 hardware for fan mounting and printer attachment.
