There are several variants available, and the files can be easily edited to create any set desired. Part files come in two configurations: double hub sizes and triple hub sizes. The double hub size configuration includes: - 10, 12 mm - 12, 15 mm - 15, 20 mm The triple hub size configuration includes: - 10, 15, 20 mm - 12, 15, 20 mm There is a groove for an o-ring with a 2mm cross-sectional diameter. To install the o-ring, get one that's slightly smaller than the intended thru-axle size, and it should stretch to fit. Alternatively, you can use pieces of inner tube as a substitute or forgo any retention altogether. All interfaces have a built-in diametral clearance of 0.1mm, which should compensate well for material shrinkage and dimensional intolerance. With good luck, the adapters will already have a slight interference fit, making o-rings unnecessary. 24 Sep 18: Single size adapters in 12 and 15 mm sizes were added. The 32mm length dimension was within +0.05mm of the intended measurement, but the crucial diameters showed a discrepancy of -0.15mm (11.75mm instead of 11.90mm = 12mm nominal - 0.1mm diametral clearance). These adapters are oversized by 0.15mm. A small cross-section tube was cut up and fit well in the groove on the 15mm section, but the 12mm section was too small to accept any o-ring substitute. 28 Sep 18: A good diametral clearance was found, and all STLs have been updated.
