Single column autolift
thingiverse
Made this lift based on a real one from Twin-Busch, but made some adjustments to make it printable and stable. I stuck to a 1:18 scale. Most of the pieces were printed with PETG, except for the base which was printed solid with PLA because PETG is too flexible in that spot. You can bend the base by applying heat with a hair dryer. The lifting structure can be strengthened with two metal wires - I used RVS welding wire. Make sure to use infill to keep it strong and steady under the car's weight. You can adjust the height as needed. To put this thing together, you'll need a scalpel, files, glue, and sanding paper. You might have to sand down some parts to get them to fit together, but if you're into model building, that shouldn't be too hard for you. In the picture, I only added primer. I plan on airbrushing it later on, adding wires, stickers, etc.
