Single Coil Guitar Pickup Covers

This was a project I created when rebuilding a Squire Strat/Starcaster mashup. You can judge that's fine; I used what parts I had to learn finishing, wiring and setup…free is the best when learning. :)

I've included hole templates so you can design your own. This was created for the 48, 50, and 52-mm spaced pickups.

Printing Instructions:

Material - Any, PLA is pictured

Layer height - does not matter, the default .20mm in Prusa Slicer was used for the one pictured (.15 may give the slight curve a nicer appearance)

Orientation - Recommend pickup front facing down on a smooth sheet. You can print facing up, but if you want a glossy finish, you'll need to wet sand and use automotive rubbing compound to achieve it. It's less work to achieve it printing pickup face down on the smooth sheet.

Bottom (or top) fill pattern - Whatever suits your fancy. You can achieve some cool effects based on the infill patterns. (Pictured is Octagram Spiral)
