Single Channel Relay Mount
thingiverse
I wanted a mount for a common design of single-channel relay board available on eBay, Amazon and Aliexpress. The relay module press-fits snugly into the mount and the base of the mount can be glued to whatever project enclosure you're using. To further secure the board in place, M3 nuts are friction-fit (you may need to tap them into place) into the base, and then M3 screws (Do not over-tighten or you may break the brackets) can be used to make sure the module can't go anywhere. This design should let you easily replace the module if needed down the road, after the base has been glued into place. I've uploaded .stl files for the whole assembly or for the base and brackets to be printed separately. NOTE: The relay module must be inserted in the correct orientation for the brackets to fit over it correctly. One of the brackets will also block the screw terminal, so you should make those connections before installing it.
With this file you will be able to print Single Channel Relay Mount with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Single Channel Relay Mount.
