**Updated (20180903): Size 1 Added, STL File Names Changed for Size 00, Weighing Pan with Funnel Improved** A single capsule maker/stuffer/filler originally designed for Size 00 capsules has been adapted for generic Size 1 capsules. I use these Size 00 capsules from Amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01GRUWC20/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1. Single capsules only are used because if you need a more exact amount, filling singles is the best way to go. The funnel eases the filling process and the tamp compresses contents in case you need to fit more in the capsule. This print consists of three parts: * Base - This is the container for the capsule with a tiny notch so the capsule can be put in and taken out easily (no vacuum effects). * Funnel - This is where you fill the capsule from, and it fits on top of the base. Print this at 0.1mm layers to make for a smooth funnel. * Tamp - This compresses the contents of the capsule to fit more in. **Usage Instructions** Once printed, get a capsule, separate the cap from the main part. Take the main part and fit it over the pipe on the underside of the funnel - it should fit over (see pictures). Put the funnel with the cap onto the base. Fill the funnel with vitamins/supplements. Tamp down as needed. You may need to do it in a couple of stages... Use the tamp to keep the filled capsule in the base and separate the funnel from the base by lifting it up the tamp - leaving the filled capsule in the base section. The base has been designed that you can now press the capsule end over the main part till it clicks, and then you can lift your filled capsule out. **Print Instructions** The tamp and base can be printed at 0.2mm with no supports needed. The funnel should be printed with the funnel part facing the print bed. You shouldn't need supports (set your slicer to print inside perimeter first). Print at 0.1mm as this makes the funnel smoother so the vitamins slide easier. Sand lightly to make this better. **Important**: The tube part that fits inside the capsule should be printed facing up. **YOU MAY NEED TO SET YOUR SLICER TO PRINT SINGLE EXTRUSION PERIMETERS**. Simplify3D allows you to do this - I would think most slicers allow this. The tube walls are 0.45mm thick. If you can preview your gcode, then do so to make sure this part is printed before wasting any filament! Have a look at the pictures to see the parts and the usage and how the capsule fits before and after the fitting of the end. **I've Not Tested This Method**: Different manufacturers' capsule sizes may differ! If you want different sizes for other capsule sizes, then try scaling the model accordingly - the outside diameter of the tube here is 7.6mm so get the inner diameter of your capsule and work out the scaling needed (or if there's significant demand, I can create some more versions based on standard dimensions of capsules). Works a treat for prepping supplements - saves me a tonne of time, wastage, and mess! Happy printing! SimonSplat p.s. Print the weighing pan and sand the floor of it to help with powder slipping off as required.
