I built this project for kicks because I found it intriguing. My machine is a basic diode laser, and the only plywood I had on hand was A4 size, so I rearranged the parts to fit efficiently. That's pretty much the story of how it came together. I hope other users find it useful; I'm pleased with how it turned out.
