Single 4,5mm BB Ball Hinge (S3BH) - Proof of concept

The goal is to use a single ball that's trapped by the holes in opposing hex nuts to create a rapid, low-friction hinge. This isn't really a bearing as previously mentioned - it's actually an S3BH design, not S4B. It works surprisingly well, if I'm being honest. The concept seems to hold its own, and I'm quite pleased with the results.
