Guys, I printed this out on the fast (low resolution) setting of my Dremel Idea Builder Model 3D20. It actually works!! I also have a YouTube video that showcases this project. It took about 9 hours to design and revise. You'll need 22-gauge or smaller solder, one TP4056 chip, and an 18650 battery. Your two-cell Maglite is required as well. Don't forget to run the negative wire through the hole to the outside of the thread so that the negative can connect the Maglite case itself - this is required for the bulb to light up. And use hot glue to ensure your chip won't move over time. Finally, Number Dux is coming out and it features a dual 18650 battery design without any modification to your Maglite. It will be just like this design; it'll screw right in after you assemble it.
