This adapter makes it possible to use universal snap-on presser feet with Singer slant needle sewing machines that have a slant shank. I successfully used this adapter on my Singer 9018 and encountered no issues at all. I'm eager to hear about the machine model in your comments if you're able to utilize this adapter (or not) on your older slant shank sewing machine.
