This is my edition of the Sindoh DP200/DP201 3D print bed latch. After four revisions, I've managed to achieve a tight, precise fit that you can count on. To secure them in place, tap them evenly, leaving a slight gap between the plate and the latches. I've been printing with 100% infill using ABS plastic, at a layer height of 0.15mm, without rafts or supports. When properly positioned, these latches will hold the build plate tightly in place without any slop. The original bed latches are notorious for failing at the press button. I've thickened this area to make it more durable and lengthened the loop as much as possible. Printing with flexible materials can also add even greater durability.
