Sinclair ZX Spectrum Interface 2 ROM cartridge

While attempting to heat an original cartridge with a heat gun, I unfortunately managed to melt its original casing. One can see a picture showcasing the original enclosure on the left. It was time to break out Fusion 360! This design closely replicates the original design as much as possible. As a result, it will likely only accommodate the original PCB with a 'blobbed' ROM chip installed. Unfortunately, there is not enough space for a standard EPROM chip. Luckily, my original sleeve remained intact. I took the opportunity to model it as well. The front and rear components of the enclosure were printed in PLA/PHA using an upside-down orientation with minimal support required. Minimal support was only needed for the rear section. The sleeve was printed in Ninjatek Fire Red, which snugly fits into place but exhibits some stiffness. It tends to push the cartridge out of its ROM slot even when printed with a single perimeter. If anyone has a suggestion to improve this issue, please feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section below.
