This is the lensboard for Sinar/Horseman cameras which does fit lenses based on Shanel-5B-S shutter (Fuji Fujinars 210 and 250mm). Other hardware needed is 4x conical M3x10mm screws, washers and nylon nuts. You need original flange from wooden board, as well.
