This is a special tool for German Simson Mopeds, and I'm sorry that everything here is in German. This tool is a crankshaft press assembly for the engines of the M53 / M54 series. Please use this tool or an equivalent one to keep your motor intact during disassembly! The tool consists of the following components: - 1x Plate - 1x Long screw or short screw Additionally, the following parts are needed: - 3x M6 screws (the screws from the engine lid should be long enough) - 3x Mutter for M6 screws - optional 3x Spacer, matching M6 - 1x Rod, Screwdriver, Lever etc. for the head of the large screw Both printable parts should be printed with full infill as they need to withstand a lot. The screw is particularly prone to breaking and can be affected by the position in which it's printed. If available, use ABS or PETG instead of PLA as it's less brittle. The thread or screw may need to be post-processed for smooth fit and rotation. Assemble the tool according to the pictures.
