3d printable wind simulator for 140mm fans, mostly for sim racing. All the commercial and DIY wind sims are made for 120mm fans. 140mm fans blow more air and blows them stronger, while remaining relatively more silent. The duct allows smaller directional adjustments to make it more flexible and makes it more "real car vent duct" like. An optional intake cone is also available which is supposed to further improve air intake performance. I have used an arduino leonardo and 2 x Noctua PPC 3000RPM PWM fans. Simhub provides arduino software and control data from simulators. BOM available at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yukbHEX3OOh7PhPTMxNBAHjRlY-1jp8z9QsD87R0PGY/edit#gid=1292095377 STEP file available in case you need any adjustment for your air intake tubes or adjustments for fastening the mounts directly to the rig, etc... The fan's PWM is connected to the Arduino's 9 and 10 output, fan's GNDs to arduino's GND, and fan's hot wire to + on a separate 12V DC (1.1A minimum) PSU. Simhub is available at: https://www.simhubdash.com/ Simhub profile named _Any Game - WindSim ShakeIt motors profile.siprofile_ provided for easier setup. I am running it on 17% gain only which means it has a lot of headroom in it.
