Its Sunday and the dryer is making a woeful rumble, appears the tensioner idler is flogged out.No shops open for parts, and I have washing to get done. So I get the 3d printer running. And since I have a suitable bearing for an 8mm shaft, I will over engineer this part. (8mm shaft for a floating idler pulley in the dryer)Solidworks 2020 & STLBearing is a sealed 608Z 22odx8idx7w (using 2 off) - press them in straight using a bench vice.80% infill with PLA and its been running all day and does not appear to be making any noises. :)Edit: after 12hours straight it failed. The belt was worn and was not gripping the idler but pulling over it causing friction and heating and therefore warping. No mess just an eccentric rotating axis lolWith a new belt and ABS instead, this could still work.
