Update: Not critical--prusai3mk3-v3.stl added. Or download the last file, prusai3mk3.stl, that is 75KB. Prusai3mk3-v2.stl had the origin in the wrong place. If you use the last file instead of v3, you will not need to rename anything. The last two files are identical except in name. Just delete the older file in ...\AppData\Local\Simplify3D\S3D-Software. It won't make much difference in S3D if you don't do this. Note: I noticed that the first file, prusai3mk3.stl, was unnecessarily large: 4MB. I have put another file in the downloads, prusai3mk3-v2.stl. It's only 78.5KB. Download it and rename it to prusai3mk3.stl, then overwrite or delete the older file in your AppData folder. Probably won't make much difference if you don't do this. This is a bed shape model file for the Prusa i3 MK3 for use in Simplify 3D. You have to export your Prusa i3 MK3.fff file from S3D. Export the .fff file from the File menu to "C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Simplify3D\S3D-Software". Download the .stl file here, prusai3mk3.stl, and save it in the same folder you just saved the .fff to. Edit the .fff file with a text editor. Notepad++ is best, or Wordpad will work. Find the line --printerModelsOverride/----printerModelsOverride--. Edit the line to read: --printerModelsOverride--prusai3mk3.stl--/printerModelsOverride--, but because the programmers of this site do not handle quote marks or greater than less than symbols properly, use double minus signs for the two lines above. Save the modified .fff file. Run S3D. Delete your Prusa i3 MK3.fff from the Edit Process window or you will end up with duplicates. This is optional but recommended. From the File menu, import the edited .fff file.
