Simplify 3D Configuration Files for HyperCube/CoreXY
thingiverse
This Configuration File Bundle contains settings and files specifically tailored for users of Simplify 3D who want to utilize their CoreXY or HyperCube printers with ease. I incorporated a small STL model, reminiscent of the one used on the Simplify 3D website, simply because it was required. Feel free to disregard it. I rely heavily on Simplify 3D as both my slicer and printer controller for my HyperCube machine. Included in this bundle are my Factory File and FFF Printer File specifically designed for the HyperCube. While not perfect, they provide a solid starting point for those looking to set up their own HyperCube printers. The attached Factory file can be loaded directly into Simplify 3D. Importing the provided FFF file will allow you to configure your printer's parameters accurately. If you choose to modify the Factory file, remember that saving it requires exporting the changes. Ensure you input the correct build size for your printer and verify settings such as extruder nozzle size and desired temperatures. The start script in this configuration includes a home sequence followed by an initial 40 mm bead extrusion in the front left corner to prime the filament flow. You can easily adjust this script according to your needs. Additionally, I've included an end script for your convenience. Update: I encountered issues with the extruder's priming during startup. To resolve this, I added a zero position adjustment to the extruder, which resolved the backward movement issue. I have also incorporated my HyperCube Marlin V1.1 RC8 Configuration.h file for users' reference. Please ensure compatibility before utilizing it. My setup utilizes an MKS Gen V1.4 controller. Most Recently, I've updated the Simplify 3D Factory file to the latest version, labeling it as HyperCube7.factory for easy identification.
