Simplify 3D Configuration Files for HyperCube/CoreXY
prusaprinters
This Thing contains the configuration files for Simplify 3D users who want to use it with their HyperCube or CoreXY printers. I was forced to have at least one STL file so I found a little frog like the one S3D uses for their website. (You may ignore it.) I use Simplify 3D as my slicer and to control my HyperCube printer. Attached are my Factory File and my FFF Printer File for the HyperCube. They aren't perfect but they are a good starting point for the HypeCube Printer. I've also included my Marlin Configuration.h file. You may load the Factory file directly. Import the FFF which describes the printer parameters. . If you make changes to the Factory file, you may save it on your disc. To save a FFF file you must export it. Be sure to enter the correct build size for your printer and check parameters like the extruder nozzle size and desired temperatures. The start script homes the printer and then extrudes a 40 mm bead in the front left corner to prime the filament flow. You can easily change this script to suit your needs. I have also included an end script. If you find things I could have done better, let me know and I'll fix them and keep this "thing" updated with the best and latest. Update 2/8/2017: I was having problems with the prime of the extruder in the start script. The extruder was sometimes moving backwards. I added a zero position of the extruder and that fixed it. The start includes a short extrude in the front left corner to prime the extruder before printing. Update 4/7/2017: I added my HyperCube Marlin V1.1 RC8 Configuration.h Be sure to check it for compatibility before using it. I'm running with an MKS Gen V1.4 controller. Update 1/17/2020: Added lastest Simplify 3D Factory file for my HyperCube printer. Update 9/27/2021: Added lastest Simplify 3D Factory file and fff file for my HyperCube printer.
