I decided to create specialized calibrator components because I wanted to push the limits of my printer and testing features in isolation ensures more accurate and consistent results. Especially the bridging capabilities of your printer are not really being tested by the original calibrator which limits bridges to 2.5 cm, whereas I have successfully printed bridges over 10 cm on my new Ender 5 Pro. I have also added a flexing test which consists of long rectangular parts with various thicknesses and lengths to assess the flexibility of your filament. The STL files here provide bridge tests up to 30 cm, overhang tests up to 90° in 5° and 10° steps, as well as flex tests up to 10 mm.
