Simplex_galet_jockey_wheel
thingiverse
This is a replacement for Simplex jockey wheel. Used to be in Delrin, a type of plastic that is very solid but with time that comes to be very fragile and breaks easily. With this model, I used the online service Sculpteo with the settings below: Multijet Fusion, PA12 (Grey) Finish: Not Dyed, Grey or Multijet Fusion, PA12 (Grey) Finish: Dyed with Color Resist, Black Both worked fine and didn't need any sanding or treatment of any sort. You can order them and mount them on your derailleur directly. I've been using them for a year and a half on my bike without a problem. The model is compatible with any type of Simplex derailleur (part numbered 2648 or 3574 in the documentation you can find on the Internet). They have been tested with Critérium, Prestige, Super LJ derailleurs among others. The derailleur on the picture is an S001.
