This is a replacement for Simplex jockey wheel. Used to be in Delrin, a type of plastic that is very solid but with time that comes to be very fragile and breaks easily. After removing the support, no need for sanding to use the part. I've been using them for a year and a half on my bike without a problem. The derailleur on the picture is an S001.
