Kids love ice fishing with the simplest rod that's easy to use! Using different bright colors of filament is a great idea, but I'm stuck with just black. The base of this rod has holes perfect for holding a 5mm stick in place. The beckon or the hook part has two holes - one for a 3mm stick and another for attaching fishing line.
