Thank you for checking this out! I hope you share yours after you make it! Experimental Roller Separation Anti-Friction Bearing: It worked perfectly for me on my printer, but I haven't tested it on any other. This is not intended for scale adjustments. Print at your own risk, but I am 95% confident it will work for you. Please provide feedback on how to improve it for you, and I'll update it as soon as possible. These are the essential STLs for making my X55 Radial Bearing, modeled after Daniel Christiansen's invention. Recommended Minimum Infill & Print Settings & Required Quantities: Expert 3D printer enthusiasts should feel free to experiment with settings. (x7) Main Rollers: 0% (x7) Spacer Rollers: 0-20%. This doesn't slow down print speed much. (x2) Concentor Collars: 10-20%. This part needs extra strength. (x1) Inner Sleeve: 10-20%. I printed at 20%, which requires supports. (x1) Outer Sleeve: 10-20%. Supports are required, especially for thicker bottoms and tops. You can print below 20% with those changes. (x1) Assembly Jig: 0-20% The added resiliency ensures a lasting part, and its sturdiness helps removal from the bed and bearing once assembly is almost complete. INSTRUCTIONS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVG4iUOXRjM CHANGE LOG: 3-29-2017: Reduced outer sleeve's innermost diameter by 0.1MM to reduce slippage, and also reduced End Cap inserting side size for easier assembly.
