Introducing a revised version of the existing 40mm fan mount located here. Initially, our printer lacked fans cooling the extruder, causing issues for the original design. This updated model prints effectively without fans or support structures. The modified .blend file is provided. Attach to the X-Carriage's fan mounts (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18657). We utilized a 10mm thick fan and a standard 20mm fan on each side of the extruder. Printing success was achieved at 20% infill, 2 loops, and no supports; however, results may vary.
