All printed parts are now in place and fit perfectly! The description will be updated soon. I've finally designed the pen holder carriage, but it still needs improvement. I've modified the project, but haven't printed it yet. The following parts are already available: 1x servo mount 1x carriage 1x pen holder bolt 1x pen holder upper In the next few days, I'll also add a list of required screws and other components. Description in English: Recently my fiancé and I got interested in AxiDraw. However, importing or buying it here in Brazil is impractical. So I looked for ways to set one up. All designs I found depend on linear rails and bearings. But my experience with these components has been poor. I usually find low-quality bearings, and the axes always rust. I decided to base myself on some projects I know. There's a Kossel Mini assembly where axes and linear bearings are replaced by simple nylon-coated bearings (K800 roller on aliexpress). I used that idea as a basis. I found 15x15 aluminum profiles at a good price, along with coated bearings. For the drive, I chose to use second-hand Nema 16 motors (I found them for $4.80 near my house). To reduce torsion of the X and Y axes, I reversed the order of assembly. In this project, I left the axes closer and raised the base of the bearings. These pieces are separated by M3 and M4 screws, 25mm long. Most of the design uses M3 bolts (I'll soon provide the bill of materials). The parts in STL are all my own authorship. Some assembly components in solidworks were downloaded from GrabCad, so I haven't included their stl files (they're in the zip file where the assembled project file is located). The print head (pen holder) isn't yet completed; I must finish it in the next few days.
