To make simple natural yogurt, fill the inner vessel with milk and some yogurt or ferment. Preheat the outer vessel with hot water, then mix the yogurt/ferment into the cooled milk (44 degrees Celsius). Pour the milk into the reactor cup, seal it, and place it in the outer tank. Let it mature at room temperature for 6-8 hours; shorter times yield milder yogurt. Use natural yogurt without additives to make your own flavored yogurt with fruit or other tastes.
