Simple wiring clip for 1515 extrusions -- with or without spiral vase
thingiverse
This is a simple clip that encloses 1515 extrusion (Misumi, OpenBeam 1515, etc) and keeps wires within channels. Two versions are uploaded; a compact one with an opening and a "taller" one without. The one without an opening can easily be scaled to any convenient size. An opening is not necessary at all to retain the profile, but it's there for flexibility. There's a small nub that fits into the slot to hold it in place on one side - this can be chosen to suit your specific needs depending on whatever constraints you're dealing with. Current Slic3r has no problem automatically using non-vase mode for areas with more than one perimeter. I've printed the compact one in both vase and non-vase mode, but probably you'll want the taller one if you plan to print in vase mode. I prefer the one with an opening printed solid best.
