Simple Visor

Simple COVID Visor for Everyday Use A practical and easy-to-make visor uses standard A4 overhead transparency or photocopier film as its shield, secured to a head-strap using a common 4-hole pattern. This design offers a bit more rigidity than other models, with the brow guard firmly attached to the head strap for added strength. However, it may take slightly longer to print due to its structure. The visor can be printed on a smaller bed size of approximately 139x199mm. Initial prints feature minimal support under the shield mounting pegs. The headband is designed from elastic webbing with strategically cut holes, although rubber bands also work well as an alternative. Default PLA settings were used for printing. Update V3 includes additional tabs that enhance rigidity and flexibility when using thinner transparency films by introducing a gentle curve at the edges, as shown in the third image.
