The designs are crafted using Seamly2D. In case your body shape differs from mine, use the val file in Seamly2D. I've uploaded SVGs as examples and because Thingiverse considers val files non-existent but SVGs exist. Cut on the Mr Beam II, which means the 3pc design is divided in half to ensure it's cuttable on this device. You can export the design from Seamly2D as a vector graphic after deciding how and where it will be "printed". Make a custom layout here and set it to the lasercutter maximum size for export. This way, you'll know immediately if your design is too large or your laser is too small. Then, in Inkscape, select and delete the inner line (select one point, Ctrl+A, Del). If it's part of the back side, select the folded line and delete this as well, so you don't cut over the fold. After that, save and enjoy laser cutting! PS: In Inkscape, you can also add any stencils. Polyester stencils melt seams directly together without needing rework. You might glue another color cloth to the back of it, just ensure they don't have an outer border that removes a big square from your cloth.
