I needed a small drill press for my PCBs. The goal was to use as many components as possible that I had on hand: CNC guide rods (type 3018) The associated linear bearings The motor sold with this machine For the return system I suggest a simple rubber band (but the bracket should allow a spring to be placed. The handle and the lowering system are not the most optimal but it's enough for my use. I may add in the future an improvement of the rigidity of it.
