SIMPLE V-BLOCKS

Here is a set of simple V-blocks in 3 different sizes, perfect for drilling holes in round objects. The hole in the center provides clearance when the drill breaks through. A sample use is shown in the screen capture pictures. To achieve accurate results, place the block on its end and drill down the axis of your job. However, you still need to carefully position the hole as the drill may wander on the curved surface. Print Settings: Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.1mm to 0.2mm Important Notes: These V-blocks are best printed in the orientation they're found in the STL files, as the surface is flatter and not made up of steps due to the angle when printed with these surfaces at 45 degrees. After printing, they still require cleaning up.
