Consider investing in a larger sheet if you need an extended version. To create the door, drill a .109 dia hole and tap it with a 6-32 thread, approximately 1/2" from the top and 1" from the side edges. Simply print out an STL file and attach it to the acrylic sheet. That's all there is to it! Just move the door to the sides when clearing the table, as seen in the pictures.
