Simple turntable for 3D scanning

Simple turntable for 3D scanning

I had a spare 608 bearing on hand, so I decided to repurpose it as part of a super simple turntable. This design can be printed without support and comes in two versions. Version 1: The stand features straight edges for a sleek look. The rotating disk is flat, providing a smooth surface. Version 2: The stand boasts curved edges for added style. The rotating disk has 36 angle indicators for precise measurements. To ensure proper printing, make sure the disks are facing the build plate with a flat surface. Also, be aware that I forgot to rotate the models when exporting them from Fusion, so you'll need to rotate them yourself. After taking photos, you can convert this design into a 3D model using Autodesk Remake or similar software. Both versions are compatible with each other and require an 608 bearing (22 mm outer diameter, 8 mm inner diameter, 7 mm height).
