Simple Tree House Lamp
cults3d
Here's a Simple Tree House Lamp. The house and tree are separate prints, with the 3d files perfectly proportioned for each other. The house should fit snugly into the tree, thanks to a matching hole on the floor that aligns with the wiring hole in the tree. Several pillars support the house, allowing you to hook lights onto the central pillar to prevent them from slipping down the wires. A channel at the bottom of the tree enables easy wire routing out the back. The tree and house are designed to fit within a 14cm X 14cm print volume (Flashforge Finder). I used one green and one blue LED, available here: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00H98OS2W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1. A power adapter from this link: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B073QTNF9F/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 was used for powering the lights. A three-terminal switch, similar to this one, is used to switch between the two color LEDs. A diagram explaining how to wire a three-terminal switch can be found in the pictures above: https://smile.amazon.com/Gardner-Bender-GSW-62-Electrical-Terminal/dp/B000HEKSB0/ref=pd_bxgy_60_img_3/137-7911674-4029762?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B000HEKSB0&pd_rd_r=411ad33d-64c6-11e9-8c99-472c1499fd9d&pd_rd_w=EP4Bs&pd_rd_wg=liuMN&pf_rd_p=a2006322-0bc0-4db9-a08e-d168c18ce6f0&pf_rd_r=1RT4F805VHAD5EA2SV63&refRID=1RT4F805VHAD5EA2SV63&th=1. ***This is a work in progress, and I'd love to hear your suggestions.
