<p>I needed to grind a small but critical shoulder on a 4mm tap and also cut some tiny metal 'O' rings. This simple clamp adapted a Proxxon 50/E micromot handheld tool into a toolpost grinder for a 10" lathe.</p> <p>This should work for any similar tool with a 34mm diameter body</p> <p>Pictures show grinder in use as a cutter, grinding a 4mm tap and 3mm copper and aluminium 'O' rings cut from stock tube</p> <h3>Instructions</h3> <p>I printed the clamp in PLA with 4 shells and a 30% infill.</p> Category: Machine Tools
