I needed a simple holder for toilet paper that can be attached to a radiator. The diameter of the radiator pipes is around 25mm. IMPORTANT: In order to create a left and a right piece, please duplicate it and mirror one of the objects in your slicer. You need a 100mm PVC pipe with 23mm inner diameter to connect the 2 sides.
