Construct tetrahedrons using vinyl tubing for easy vertices. Start by selecting rod sizes and purchasing tubing that fits snugly over them. Cut tubing into 2" segments and punch holes for M4 screws. Combine two tubes with a screw and washer, adding nuts to tighten the fit. For tetrahedrons, use three equal rods per vertex. Epoxy in tubing before inserting rods for a permanent fit. This technique can create stable polybot frames.
