Simple swiss army style key book

Simple swiss army style key book

I created a straightforward key book design because none of the existing options were simple enough, so I decided to make one myself. To build it, you'll need to use screws with lengths ranging from 8-32 and I used a locknut on the other side. If VEX Robotics screws are available, feel free to use them; otherwise, any standard 8-32 screw will work just fine. All components are press-fit together for maximum tightness. The design also includes a lanyard holder and a spacer that can be adjusted as needed. A revised version of the lanyard holder has been added, which is significantly stronger than the previous one. I had trouble with mine breaking when swinging it around, so this update should prevent that issue. Here are my print settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: Not necessary Supports: None required Infill Density: 100% Notes: The design was printed at 100% scale to ensure a strong and solid build.
