While searching for a reliable heatsink and nozzle cooling system that still accommodates the BLTouch on my FT-5, I discovered several excellent ideas. However, combining them into a cohesive design was the only challenge... What you're seeing here is a synthesis of 3 outstanding designs available in the remix section to your right. Seeking an effective part cooling solution for your Folgertech FT-5 paired with a BMG/E3DV6 combo? Look no further! This modular setup features a main body that cools the heatsink, a detachable front-mount 45-degree Prusa-style fan duct, and a side-mount BLTouch mount secured to the 713Maker Ultralight extruder carriage accessory holes. Feel free to ask questions if you encounter any issues or have concerns. I printed all parts in PETG for heat resistance and proximity to the hotend, but PLA might also be suitable. Notes: - Print fan duct at approximately 0.12mm layers - Print other components with 0.2mm or slightly thicker layers and 20%+ infill (additional walls enhance rigidity)
