Loosely remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:995841 Thanks Tadoxx for a great design idea. I remixed this to be mounted with a single M3 screw (hex). I also remixed the shaft to use less material. It's probably a good idea to add a piece of PVC tubing like in the picture, to minimize friction. EDIT June 5, 2017: The default Holder and Shaft STL files fit a 70mm wide spool at best (realistically, more like 65-67mm). I uploaded new files - Holder_80mm and Shaft_80mm that will fit spools 80mm wide at best (realistically, more like 75-77mm). Print instructionsThe shaft has a wall thickness of 4 x 0.48mm = 1.92mm. If you set your extrusion width to 0.48mm (good for a 0.4mm nozzle), then it will slice with exactly 4 perimeters for the walls. Print the holder horizontally and the shaft vertically (original orientation of the files).
