This is a straightforward spool holder for filament spools sized up to 200mm diameter, created to attach onto the top rods. These rods should be positioned 58mm apart, like on a Prusa i2. The single STL file encompasses both sides of the spool holder and necessitates just a build area of 170 x 140mm. Published on December 15th, 2013, this design features incorporated slots for the spool holder rod rather than holes and reinforces the spool holder around the bend. To use it, simply print both sides of the spool holder from the STL file and utilize an 8mm smooth rod to maintain the filament spool in place.
