I finally found a simple Printrbot spool holder that would fit on top of my printer, so I designed this one myself. It's specifically tailored for the 6x6x6 model and angles a 1kg spool at a 45-degree angle to maintain perfect balance. This also ensures that the z-motor has sufficient clearance. Here are the step-by-step instructions: This design works seamlessly at 0.4mm resolution and I added an extra 10mm brim to provide additional stability as the arm is built in place.
